I just got word that Adam Goldstein, aka DJ AM, has died in his New York apartment. Apparently it was a drug overdose. Whatever the reason might be, He definitely made a name for himself in the DJ circut. As a tribute, i got a video with him and the legendary jazzy jeff. Enjoy!
YO Im back at it, it’s been a quiet month since drake broke his knee. Since then there has been nothing to talk about, but i just saw this article and i had to comment on it. Apparently the trend started off as #uknowuhood when, and then someone changed it to #uknowuacehood when, and the jokes spread like a wildfire. I had to comment on this and show you some of them i’ve found.

I stumbled upon this artist today and was blown out the water. White Shadow and Kaz 1 were some of the beatmakers on this mixtape, and they perfected the samples they used. The beats to this album were perfected to a T, making this a noteworthy album to the true hip hop heads out there. Since i’m a big fan of nas “made you look”, i really enjoyed Matlock rhyming to the instrumental of this song, it’s called white on white crime. Another favorite track of mine is candles. THIS ISN’T COOL, the beastie boys are icons in the hip hop game. This is going to postpone their new album and tour dates. Keep Adam Yauch in your prayers. Best news is that the cancer is treatable and they detected it early.

Wale and 9th Wonder, what a great combo. Wale’s got great potential to be a favorite within the underground ranks, and gain a big base. I got 5 minutes track on the rotation, check it out. 5 minutes features skyzoo and that’s my favorite track.
